Do you guarantee the year of the rental unit?

Many companies run units that can be up to 8 years old. Some companies use “modular units” which means the coach is used over and over again while the chassis is replaced more frequently. Some companies also use lease-back units that are owned by other people and rented out by the company.

What is the charge for cleaning?

At Destinations RV Rentals we do not charge for cleaning the coach as this is included in your rental agreement.

What is the charge for linens and housekeeping packages?

At Destinations RV Rentals we include all of the items you will need for your RV vacation. Other companies require you to purchase packages for items such as towels and sheets that cost you money beyond the daily/weekly rate. We have researched RV vacations to ensure that when you rent from Destinations RV Rentals, you won’t need to make any purchases beyond the daily/weekly rate! Also, we guarantee that you will have enough supplies to last throughout your vacation.

What is the charge for the mileage?

Destinations RV Rentals offers unlimited mileage within New England. If your vacation destination take you outside of New England then you will receive 1000 free miles. Other RV rental companies will charge for every mile you travel, and some will limit you to the mileage you can travel in a day before you pay.

What is the charge for generator usage?

Destinations RV Rentals does not charge for the use of the generator for up to 15 hours a week.

What are the additional fees that are charged?

Many companies nickel-and-dime you with hidden fees for cleaning, mileage, generator use, etc… We believe that the last thing you need to be thinking about when planning your vacation is fees, so at Destinations RV Rentals, we have NO HIDDEN FEES. The price of the weekly/daily rental is what you will pay – so you can enjoy every second of your vacation without the worry of costs adding up!

Is all of the insurance included?

Many rental companies will charge a daily insurance cost that can lead to a very large fee over time. At Destinations RV Rentals we pay all of the insurance for you, so the unit is completely covered during the time of your rental.

Can I use the awning?

At Destinations RV Rentals we allow every customer to use the awning with no fees. Some RV Rental companies will not allow you to use the awning at all, or will charge a fee for usage.

Do your motorhomes have satellite radio or GPS?

At Destinations RV Rentals we understand the value of technology. Therefore, we include satellite radio and GPS in every coach. Many other companies do not offer these as additional options, let alone free with every rental.

Do you deliver the travel trailers?

At Destinations RV Rentals we deliver every travel trailer. We value your safety and feel that delivery is the best option for your RV rental vacation.
