Recompence Shore Campground is located on the shore of Casco Bay in Freeport, Maine with over one mile of beautiful ocean frontage. Just 6 miles from I-295. At Riverdrivers, rafting can be great fun for people of all abilities. We try to make our adventures accessible for anyone. Our guides are proficient at running the Kennebec, the Dead, and the Penobscot Rivers. Inflatable kayaks and canoes are available for rent. Also, rafting and ATV packages available! At the end of the day, relax in our riverside campground complete with hot showers, facilities and a crackling campfire, perfect for toasting marshmallows.
